Help

How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit Card
  - Visa
  - MasterCard
  - American Express
  - Discover
- PayPal

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.
  • Delivery Time : 7 - 14 days
  • Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

 

1. Return and Exchange Policies

(1) You can apply for an exchange / return within 7 days from the day you receive the product.

   *After the product arrives at our head office, if the shipping and additional charges are not transferred to the account within the exchange return period, the product will be returned.

(2) Please  return the product unused without removing the tag .

(3) After confirming whether the goods returned to headquarters are in stock, we will refund through the inspection process.

(4) Please note that if you request an exchange / return of goods due to your one remorse, the shipping fee will be borne by you.

(5) If there is a discrepancy (defected goods, etc.) in the contents of the goods , you can apply for exchange / return within 3 months form the date of receipt, within 30 days from the date on which the fact is known or could be known.

(6) If the goods can not be returned in accordance with Article 17 (withdrawal of subscription, etc.) of the Consumer Protection Act on Electronic Commerce etc., they can not be exchanged or returned.

   ① If the product is lost or damaged due to your own responsibility.  (Except for the case where the package is damaged to check the contents of the product)

   ② If the package is opened or damaged so the value of the product is significantly lost.

   ③ If the tags, stickers, plastic wrap, product cases  (original box) of all products is damaged or lost.

   ④ If the value of the product is significantly reduced to the point where resale is difficult due to the passage of time.

   ⑤ If the components(freebies) of the purchased product is missing. (except when the component can be recovered without damage)

   ⑥ If the product is damaged due to washing or repair after purchase.

 

 

 

2. How to apply

(1) If we have the same product of the same color in stock, only size can be exchange . If you wish to exchange another product, you must re-order after returning the goods.

Member Purchase: LOG-IN > My Page > Order Details > View Detailed Order Page > Request Exchange/ Refund

② Non-member Purchase: LOG-IN > Non-Member Order Confirmation > Order Details > View Detailed Order Page > Request Exchange/ Refund

     * Order number is sent by text message when ordering.

     - Please write the product name, purpose between exchange/refund and reason for refund.

       (If you made a payment by virtual account, please fill in the account information to be refunded)

     - After the request, the delivery person will not visit you and you must send the parcel by yourself.

(2) Please sent it by prepaid delivery service for refund with the parcel

     (If the parcel is sent by C.O.D, the exchange and refund processing may be delayed. With our computing system, it is not possible to exchange or refund by deducting the return cost from the product cost.)

 3. Refund Lead Time

When the product you send by delivery service is return to us, we inspect the product and if there is no abnormality, the refund will proceed. (Except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)

(1) Virtual Account: In case of  virtual account refund, the money will be  refunded to the account on the next business day (excluding holidays) (If you return more than one item, the money will be refunded to the corresponding account each day.)

(2) Real-time account transfer: Depending on the bank's business day, it will be deposited into the account after about 3-5 days.

(3) Credit card: It takes 3 ~ 7 days to cancel depending on the circumstances of the credit card company and the bank.

(4) Reserve: The reserve you used for order will be refunded immediately.

Refunds

We offer a warrantee service on all the products that you bought from MMIC.

However,  repair fee may be charged depending on the item, and some product may have limited service due to difficulties in component supply.

1. How to request a warrantee service and the procedure

(1) Apply at the headquarters:  Directly consult / request through the customer service center. (02-2242-0401)

      - The deliver fee will be paid by the customer in advance when the repair request is accepted,  and MMIC will send the repaired product to the customer by prepaid delivery service.

      - Telephone counseling operating hour -

         Monday to Friday : 10:00 am to  6:00 pm(online) > Telephone counseling is available on weekdays only.. (Excluding Saturday and Sunday)

         Online Store Lunch Time : 12:00 pm to 1.00 pm

 

 

2. Warrantee service period

General warrantee service takes 7 ~10 days after the request is accepted. (based on weekdays)

- It may be delayed due to shortage of parts and other reasons.

 

 

 

3. Cases in which we cannot offer a warrantee service

We are sorry that we cannot offer a warrantee service in the following cases.

(1) Full-size mending, pant legs reducing, excessive size mending: Warrantee service cannot be offered due to shape change and occurrence of  inconvenience and difference after repair.

(2) Banding replacement.(neck/wrist)

(3) Fabric dyeing.

(4) Invisible mending.

(5) Decoration, auxiliary materials: replacement with similar style. (not available on decoration and belt)

(6) Fabric replacement.

(7) Design change, decontamination, washing: deformation and damage may occur.

(8) Filling inside of jackets.

(9) Severe damage to the product.

(10) Others: In cases that a warrantee service cannot be offered according the head offices’ deliberation.
